Our House – Transitional Living (Abilene)

The primary focus is to provide temporary housing to young adults over the age of 18 who have aged out of foster care, are homeless or are at risk of being homeless for a period of up to 18 months while they are provided with case management and counseling services helping to prepare them for living independently.
